I can help with a variety of issues including addiction, trauma, communication problems, infidelity, divorce, parenting conflicts, grief, stress, and many mental health disorders .

What can I expect in a therapy session?
In a typical session, we will discuss the issues you're facing and work together to develop strategies to address them. Sessions are usually 50 minutes long and can involve individual, relationship, or family sessions depending on your needs.

How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on the complexity of the issues and your specific goals. Some clients may see improvement in a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy.

Are the sessions confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential. There are some exceptions, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, which will be explained in detail during your initial session.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy can be beneficial for anyone looking to improve their mental health, relationships, or overall well-being. If you are experiencing distress, feel stuck, or want to make positive changes in your life, therapy can be a helpful resource.

Do you offer teletherapy?
Telehealth is less than ideal for effective therapy in my experience. Generally, I prefer to meet face to face to give you the best chance reach your goals. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What are your fees and payment options?
My fees are $150.00 for individuals, and $180 for relationships/families. I accept cash, credit cards and most insurance coverage. Please contact me for more detailed information regarding insurance and sliding scale options.

What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may incur a fee.

How do I prepare for my first session?
Come to your first session with an open mind and a willingness to share your thoughts and feelings. It can also be helpful to think about what you hope to achieve through therapy. Depending on your particular situation, there may be an assessment tool that might help me better understand you. If that is the case, I will send it to you to complete prior to our initial meeting.
